Using 1.5 srv of the pasta and sauce was enough for a big hearty meal--within my calorie budget. I also agree, consistency is very good--key, in fact. I think this change was just a way for me to see that I could try a few different things. <br />I'm determined to start the weight training. 3 to 4 times per week--wow!
