I'm glad you have figured out that those red light or trigger foods are not easy to have around. I have frozen french fries that I'll make once in awhile and measure them out - I'm ok doing that I'm home but if we're out to dinner and there's french fries around that's where I get in trouble. It's the going out for me. I can have all kinds of dessert in the house (I have a teenage boy) and I'm not tempted but it's again when we're going out and dessert is ordered I can't just have one bite I just dive in like a Hoover vacuum.<br /><br />Anyway - thanks for your blog I read it daily and am always inspired.
