It is the best and tops off a nice grilled meal.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3126474537687051974.post-4364272295078407322009-05-29T14:34:43.016-05:002009-05-29T14:34:43.016-05:00This was another good read. Have you ever grilled your corn on the cobb? I'm telling you, it's to 'die' for! LOL Okay, Deb...that's enough! LOL You do crack me up, Cousin! I'm with you on leaving the ipod at home...there's nothing more pleasurable than the early morning sounds of nature! Enjoy! I probably won't comment the next few nights...I'll be out on a harley trip, but i'll read and catch up when I get back! I still read, I just don't comment every day.

I was pleased to see what you posted about beating plateaus. That is exactly what I would have said to do, not that I'm an expert or anything, but you know...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3126474537687051974.post-58907845913952043112009-05-29T11:46:24.225-05:002009-05-29T11:46:24.225-05:00I like walking in the countryside when it is quiet...I like walking in the countryside when it is quiet and just listening to the sounds - it is so refreshing. I guess my pace does slow down a bit, but at least I am moving. Music in a noisy environment and for motivation, though, works wonders!

I have 1400 calories a day and am dreading the day when I have to go less, I eat well and feel energetic (most of the time, lol) and it has helped me improve my fitness.

Well done to the girls! That was...Thanks so much for answering my question. That wasn't really the answer I was expecting, but I learned a lot. I need to consider metabolism more in what I eat and when. I thought you were going to eat less (perhaps) as you got smaller, but that didn't make sense when you are already on low calories. Eating more and exercising more makes perfect sense. Please congratulate the girls--they are all doing great! You are all just amazing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3126474537687051974.post-32870859114945269512009-05-28T23:02:54.472-05:002009-05-28T23:02:54.472-05:00Oh yes, do tell Amber to be easy on herself. How encouraging you are to me! I weigh 350 pounds, haven't been under 200 in 20 years, in fact, none of my children know me thin. I have 8 children, Sean, and through the years of pregnancies I have never lost my weight, ever. I am on Day 10 of MY journey to lose 200 pounds. Hugs to you and I will be reading faithfully.
LauraAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
