...Excited for your addition to what is YOUR food.

I'd have never thought of using the fruit spread...I will add that to my "clueless gourmet" bag of tricks.

I don't like having the same meal two nights in a row, usually, but I don't mind freezing portions. Do you know if your bbq sauce would freeze well?

Your dinner looked yummy.

Elizabeth Lilleypadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11656280964714359268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3126474537687051974.post-18284032503666374872016-04-20T14:55:36.486-05:002016-04-20T14:55:36.486-05:00If I don't want to make my own, this is the on...If I don't want to make my own, this is the one we buy; they have several different flavors: Guy's BBQ Sauce; sugar free, with just a touch of sucralose at the end of the ingredients list.
http://www1.netrition.com/guys_bbq_sauce.htmlRettahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10034267067410245582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3126474537687051974.post-619323246877376402016-04-20T10:48:33.694-05:002016-04-20T10:48:33.694-05:00Yesterday at the hospital waiting for hubs to have...Yesterday at the hospital waiting for hubs to have his latest procedure, I was looking at an old Women's Day magazine, and found one of Joy's recipes for brownie bites. http://www.womansday.com/food-recipes/food-drinks/recipes/a53711/brownie-bites/
They're only 68 calories, but probably have some stuff you don't eat in them: mini chocolate chips, pure maple syrup, corn starch???, I'm not sure what exactly "refined sugar" is in, but since I still allow myself a little of the stuff, I'm going to try them. The big problem I see with this is that the recipe makes 24 of the "bites." How will I limit myself to one or two per day? That is always a problem. Maybe I could freeze them in small portions of two?dupsterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18088114640385927198noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3126474537687051974.post-23225519184035946472016-04-20T08:15:05.302-05:002016-04-20T08:15:05.302-05:00I eat ribs with great regularity, also making my o...I eat ribs with great regularity, also making my own sauce, but that recipe sounds delish! might have to try it.
