Saturday my b/f and I played frisbee golf, he throws (throws?) the heck out of it - he does a little 3 or 4 step run and let's it fly. I stand there and throw it. he kept saying, try to take a few steps and throw it... uhhhh but i'll look stupid! what form do i take? how many steps? what if i fall off the little cement landing thing? <br /><br />But i put my game face on, my challenge face (which I normally only use for volleyball and tennis), and I concentrated and I did it. <br /><br />when i get $ i'm going to join a gym and actually try a class (which i've never done). That i'm nervous about. I'm not a dance-movement coordinated person. I'm sports coordinated. I think you'd like it. You havea foreman grill...just buy some frozen asparagus and you don't have to thaw them...just drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil on them...some onion powder and garlic powder and then grill the heck out of them. I like mine a little burnt...also known as 'setting off the fire alarms' also known by my smart alec kids as 'mom's cooking her vegetables again.'<br />It's good.<br />Great job on the exercise...see, you start feeling like a fighter or a warrior.
