After reading all of ...Lol, I'm happy for you Sean. After reading all of your blogs it's making me want to start exercising. My friend has a weight bench I could lift on and I could start running around the track at the high school with my friends. Today my friends and I went to the South Canadian river and has us a nice exhilarating swim. That was a great workout but it sure made me hungry haha. I'm very glad you're happy with this, i'm sure it's made a great change for you. Maybe we could exercise together next time your down, But I haven't really exercised in so long I don't know how long I could keep up! I tried to jog down to the river when we were on our way and I went probably a blocks distance and I was exhausted! You're quite an inspiration for me, even with how small I am, your blogs have been showing me how great it is to be in shape and I'm going to strive to be in shape now. But yeah, I'm gonna go to bed now.
