April 20th, 2017 All Was Well

Have you signed up for the next 8-week session of the exclusive accountability and support groups I co-facilitate? We start a new session Monday the 24th and Tuesday the 25th. Here's a link to the post describing what we offer, fees, discount codes, and contact information. If you have any questions, feel free to email: transformation.road@gmail.com

Keeping tonight's edition short. There's a chance of weather coverage at some point--and if so, I'll be going to the studio.

Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with great support.

I had an emcee event tonight at a local elementary school. It was a blast! After the event, I grabbed some groceries, a decaf coffee, and headed home to prepare a nice meal. It was a late dinner--and honestly, I should have picked something with quicker prep and cook times, but I had my food plan set on this dinner, so I honored the original plan.

Bingo Night! I've emceed this event for a bunch of years in a row and it's always fun. One of the PTA directors commented about how she read my blog one time--right after this event, maybe last year or the year before, and read where I declined the event food. It gave her some insight into what I do, how I do it, and probably why I do it. I was offered fresh fruit and water tonight. I had to smile--it was so nice of them. I assured them I was fine with simply water. And all was well. I enjoyed a nice holdover before heading to the school--and my dinner tonight was over the top.

Okay--I better drop!
