This will be one of the earliest Friday night bedtimes I've had in a very long time. I didn't anticipate today being long like yesterday, but it was. I left work at 5pm and picked up Noah from daycare. It's been a low key evening.
I'm not feeling well at all. It's slow progress in the healing of this problem.
I'm hoping to take Noah to a circus tomorrow afternoon. I'm off work all weekend and that's a wonderful thing. I plan on getting rest and feeling better.

ReplyDeleteHave you tried soaking in the tub when it's really bad? Maybe adding a little Epsom salts too?
ReplyDeleteI'm sure this is in the TMI zone...I suffered a lot of trouble "south of the border" until I read an article about Japanese toilets a few years ago. I started to use paper towels with soap to clean myself up after using the restroom and I've had no problems since I started doing that. If you haven't tried this, give it a try! You have nothing to lose.
