I have a feeling you're going to continue to lose weight with the way you're eating.
ReplyDeleteIt's certainly possible. To avoid over adjustment, I've resolved to only make adjustments after each three week weigh-in. My next weigh-in is the 15th. If I've lost more, I'll up the calories some and try that for a few weeks...and so on. I've only added 100 calories per day for this first three week period of maintenance... I feel like I'm losing... so we'll see. You're likely correct.
