Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget. I remained abstinent from refined sugar. I met my daily water goal. i stayed well connected with great support. And I navigated a challenging schedule, well. And that doesn't mean I did everything. It also means I said "no" a couple times. And that's hard for me. But it's important.
