Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with great support.
As I write this, it's one minute past ten. I must hit the pillow within minutes. Today was a very long day at work. I was irritable too--oh--and tired. These things can quickly put me--anyone, in a compromised position. I'm most vulnerable when I'm super tired and cranky. Kind of sounds like a baby when I read it on the page. Anyway...
I made a point to contact a couple of people I lean on for support. I declared my after work plan--quick store, home to prepare dinner--fast blog update and bed.
And here I am at the bed part.
Support works. You know how fast I could have totaled this day? In seconds.
I didn't. And that is a small miracle.
