Yesterday was a 4-star day: I maintained the integrity of my calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with exceptional support.
It's Sunday afternoon as of this writing and I'm into my time off. I don't return to work until Thursday morning. Now, what to do?
I ended up working longer than expected yesterday. There was just quite a lot to get done before being off for a few days. I've enjoyed a great visit with my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter Raegan. They just left not too long ago. I even had the pleasure of preparing Rae Rae's breakfast this morning! That was the first of many, I hope!

I needed a few things at Walmart this morning. It was really early and I didn't feel like getting completely "ready," so I wore my pajama pants to Walmart. That's okay, right? :)
I didn't run into anyone I knew, so I won!
I plan on some good workouts, including a trip to the RecPlex today. I'll be seeing mom today as well and we may get her out and about, too. Mom is on a new antibiotic and it's really messing with her, so we'll see how she feels. She actually declined a dinner invitation last night because she wasn't feeling well. When mom turns down a chance to go out for dinner with family, you know she isn't feeling well!

Mine. #bigbreakfast Cheese Omelet and Ezekiel Toasts. 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, and 1 slice (.8oz) muenster. Two Ezekiel toasts, one topped with 36g Avocado & one topped with 1oz cream cheese, 18g refined sugar-free peach all fruit, and 1.15oz fresh peach slices. 112g cantaloupe, 63g strawberries, and 62g (1/2) banana. 713 cal.
