Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my water goal, and I stayed connected with exceptional support.
I rested very well this weekend. Today was a little off-tilt, food schedule-wise, but I maintained the boundaries of my plan.
I picked up mom for a store trip and dinner out this evening. We had a really good conversation.
I'm up way too late for a work night.
