Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, I had a short but good workout at the YMCA, and I stayed connected with good support.
I spent the evening as a designated driver for some friends. They bought me a nice dinner! It was a good evening. I stopped by for a visit with mom a couple times today. We're planning on having an outing tomorrow.
