Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with good support.
December is the busiest month in broadcasting and the 1st day of the month lived up to that reputation! I worked just over 11 hours today plus another 2 hours late tonight.
Mom and Noah loved the Christmas parade tonight--it was an hour long! Noah collected candy like it was Halloween. It's so much fun to watch him enjoy experiences like this--he becomes incredibly excited. As the lighted parade entries passed, Noah danced to the ones playing music. It was simply adorable.
