This bug has really been a mess. It kept me home this morning. The doctor's visit this morning didn't find any flu, only flu like symptoms, so a steroid pack later and some OTC recommendations, I should be getting much better, quickly.
I plan on returning to work tomorrow morning.
I did get quite a bit of rest today. And that's good. Although this extra rest is making it difficult to get tired tonight.
I maintained the integrity of my calorie budget, I remained abstinent from refined sugar and I consumed 64 ounces water. I didn't do too much more, today. And that's okay.
