Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with great support.
I picked up mom this afternoon for our trip to Stillwater and a Memorial weekend family gathering. It was a good time. I opted to simply visit and grab late dinner after the gathering.
I'm off tomorrow for Memorial Day. I'll be sleeping in. I hope your Memorial weekend has been peaceful and calm! Very tired tonight--hitting the pillow!
