Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed connected with support.
I found out the origin of this illness that's plagued me the last few days. It's an infection in the upper gum/sinus area. I'm on antibiotics. The swelling created is visible on the left side of my face. It's uncomfortable, but it'll pass. I'll be fine.
