Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I need 1 more cup water before bed to meet today's water goal, and I stayed connected with good support.
Getting some good rest tonight. For whatever reason, I didn't sleep well last night. I've battled fatigue all day long. Still, I accomplished some things I can feel great about.
