Today was a full workday. I started early at the studio, made it to a location broadcast this afternoon, and did a little more production work tonight. I made time to get a nap, visit with mom, and have dinner and conversation with my oldest daughter, Amber.
Amber and I always have wonderful conversations. We talk, laugh, eat, and talk some more. It's always good when we get together!
I spoke to my youngest daughter. She told me about Noah seeing his first rainbow today. And he freaked out with excitement!! Pointing, jumping up and down--I can hear him, "a rainbow, look!!" Awe...That little guy is the greatest. My second grandson, Oliver, will be here in a couple weeks! Courtney's making sure we all keep our phones close because it could happen anytime! Exciting!
I also enjoyed some really good text support exchanges today. Really good ones.
Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with exceptional support.
