Yesterday was 4-star day: I maintained the integrity of my calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with exceptional support.
The original plan included a swim yesterday. I made the decision to not do that yesterday and I was okay with it, the week is early. I haven't enjoyed time with Noah in a very long time, so mom and I invited him along for mom's outing last night. Oh my goodness, that little guy is fun! Kristin met up with us at the restaurant, too. It was a wonderful little get-together!
I did my usual fajita chicken tacos. One of the great things about being a semi-regular at this particular restaurant: They've memorized my on-plan order. It's an order of ala carte ingredients--then I prepare the tacos at the table. I started saying my order and the server completed my sentences. Uh, yes--exactly, thank you!
My morning routine is complete. I'm ready for a good Monday. My food is planned and packed for breakfast and lunch--and dinner is planned. I will be at the RecPlex later today for a good workout!
