Yesterday was a 5-star day: I maintained the integrity of my calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with exceptional support.
Today's "ice event" closed schools all over our area. I had to get out the door rather quickly this morning. The ice will remain an issue for our area the rest of the day and evening.
I'm keeping this edition short. I'm taking a quick break for an update. Today's an exciting day because it's Day 1 of a brand new 8-week session of the support group teleconference support calls I facilitate. It's not too late for you to join us! I completed my morning foundation routine today, I enjoyed a late breakfast too--and I'm ready for a good rest of this Wednesday!
