I'll need to catch up on my thoughts tomorrow night. This day was exceptionally long. Hitting the pillow instead of writing.
I had two location broadcasts today. My day started before 5am and I arrived home for the night at nearly 10pm. Once again, too tired to do anything but drop in bed.
Thank goodness for the Tweets!

Thank you for reading and your continued support,
Strength,
Sean
Best to try and get the rest so you don't get run down and sick again. Your food looked good and no evidence of sugar. All's good!
ReplyDeleteExactly, Leah! Food is solid. Abstinence in check! It is all good, indeed! Thank you!
DeleteLong day deserves a good rest. Absolutely enjoy your tweets!! Thanks Sean. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, A! I'm glad you enjoy them! You're very welcome. The tweets help me tremendously!
DeleteHow do you keep those apples from turning brown Sean? Am so glad you listen to your body talk and take care of what it needs, like sleep. So few people (like me) do that. Am working hard on improving.
ReplyDeleteN~
Nancy-- I don't know how those kept their color so well. I didn't use lemon juice--which is exactly what works well. Keeps 'em from turning brown every time! These were refrigerated, cut and bagged and lived in my manbag for 4 hours--so I'm not sure how I avoided the browning.
DeleteI don't take care in getting enough sleep, Nancy--I really don't. I'm learning that either I make more time for it or my body will eventually make me make more time for it...One way or another, I must get more. It's difficult for me too.
I also am so glad you are giving resting your body the priority it deserves.
ReplyDeleteThank you, A! It's sometimes hard to do--but necessary. I need to do it more often, actually!
