Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed connected with support.
I slept well last night. My radio work today consisted of a location broadcast at a grocery store and a production project tonight.
I managed a nap this afternoon and woke feeling not so well. I do feel better as of this writing.
I'm staying up a little later intentionally because my production work kept me late, pushing back dinner until a crazy late time--in order to counter this, I'll be up for a little while longer.
I'll sleep in tomorrow morning--and, I'm looking forward to Monday off, too!
