Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed connected with good support.
I came home a little early today with nausea and a sore throat. I'm feeling better tonight, but my throat is still really sore. I may need a doctor trip tomorrow. I'll see how I feel in the morning.
