I maintained the integrity of my calorie budget, I remained abstinent from refined sugar, I engaged in excellent support communications and I exceeded my water goal.

  1. Sean, at home I called you Sean505, but now I call you Sean200 to clarify who I am talking about. Even a "tweets-only" posts is quite a lot of dedication over the years. My family is impressed with your persistence. I understand it well being a reader for many years and also logging my food. As an added responsibility, I have a AccutrenPlus cholesterol meter that I use and log test results weekly. My work is in lowering my cholesterol levels naturally now that I lost my extra weight. I eat oatmeal, organic beets, and leafy green vegetables, legumes, a piece of fruit and one ounce of nuts or seeds daily. THUMBS UP TO YOU SEAN.
