Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, and I stayed connected with support.
The water thing--I must say, it's become a habit over the last three years. I don't think it would have without creating an accountability measure around getting at least 8 cups a day. I'm not going to say it's easy, but it gets done, and it's important to me.
I took today and made it a very restful Sunday. I needed it. I'm looking forward to a great week ahead, including a couple of vacation days later this week. I'll actually be working on one of those days. I do voice work for a client with a new location in the Tulsa market and Friday's the big grand opening! I'll be participating in a broadcast with a Tulsa station that day. It'll be fun!
