Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, and I stayed connected with support.
I've been working on my move most of this day. All the big stuff is done--now it's small stuff. I'm taken breaks for meals and a couple visits with mom today and tonight. She's taken a couple steps back in her recovery. In fact, they (her nursing center) called in the middle of the night because they thought I might want to take her to the hospital again. Instead, the doctor was called and they decided on a course of action to treat the lingering issues.
My food has been good today--and by good, I don't just mean delicious! You know what I mean.
I'm tired tonight--getting to bed very soon.
