Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed connected with good support.
I spent some time this morning and tonight with mom. Her progress is very slow, but with continued medication, plenty of fluids, and rest, she'll recover. It's just going to take a little time.
My oldest daughter turned twenty-eight years old today! We're planning on a get-together this weekend to celebrate!
Keeping tonight's edition short. I spent the majority of this evening working on my contribution to an article for a major health magazine serving the medical services industry (hospitals-doctors offices-waiting rooms). I'm excited about and very grateful for the opportunity to share my experience along this road! I'll mention it again when it's released.
