Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained abstinent from refined sugar, I exceeded my daily water goal, I stayed connected with good support connections and I enjoyed an amazing workout.

  1. Hi Sean, As yoou know I'm active on Spark People, it's where I blog and also read other's blogs and hopefully make helpful comments. Today someone wrote about wondering whether posting picturesof everything she eats and blogging daily will help keep her accountable. Of course I told her about you and your blog and how successful you haev been. I find myself, blogging more often since I've once again found my focus and am well on my way to losing all of this latest 53-lb. regain, that blogging more often (almost, but not quite) daily really helps me. This is what I wrote to her:
    I have noticed since I got my "focus" back and started losing this latest regain, that if I blog more often and become more active on Spark, commenting on other blogs, etc. it helps me as well. Sean Anderson, who is NOT on Spark, but has lost almost 200 lbs., and after a regain, which he RE-lost, is maintaining, with a strict adherence to tweeting pictures of everything he eats and blogging every single day. Sometimes, if he's super busy, the blogs are short, but usually they are longer, very thoughtful and most insightful to those of us fighting this battle of the bulge.
