Today took some good planning in order to work well. It did work well and I continue to feel better as far as the recent panic attacks are concerned. I'm not at 100%, but dramatically improved.
I did two different location broadcasts today. One from a spa store and another from a massive meat sale. Hot tubs and meat--those were the things. I ordered lunch ahead and after grabbing a coffee, stopped for the lunch to-go on the way to my second broadcast. I arrived right on time and well prepared.
I did weather coverage last night until fairly late and this really tilted my night longer than I wanted, considering the early start this morning--but I did okay, and I made sure to grab a nap late this afternoon.
I'm spending tomorrow afternoon/evening with mom. I'm looking forward to our visit!
Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget. I remained abstinent from refined sugar. I stayed connected with exceptional support. I exceeded my daily water goal and I accomplished some podcast work tonight.
Overall, a great day!
