I overslept. I was sleeping incredibly deep last night, and yep-- slept right through the alarms. I don't like starting my day like this--in a mad dash, a big rush-- because it usually means the rest of the day will be just as frantic.
I made time for my morning routine. It was hurried, but it was done. And I really believe it's the difference maker for today. This was a long day.
Work took me to Stillwater this afternoon--so after my work stuff, I spent the afternoon, including dinner out, with mom. She's doing well. We had a great time and a good meal. I participated in the Tuesday night teleconference support group I cofacilitate with Coach Kathleen Miles, then made my way back to mom for a little more visiting and getting everything squared away with her oxygen before heading back home.
