I spent far too long trying to get my podcast submitted to iTunes this evening. It turns out, the artwork isn't the correct dimensions. So--episode one is up and available, just not on iTunes. It will be, but another couple of day delay at least.
I spent some quality time with Amber today. We had lunch out before enjoying a fantastic production of Lend Me A Tenor at the Ponca Playhouse.
Today, I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained abstinent from refined sugar, I exceeded my daily water goal, I stayed connected with good support and I had a great workout.
