Today: I maintained the integrity of my maintenance calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed connected with support.
I didn't sleep well last night. The morning came too early and I made the decision to use a 1/2 sick day. This decision afforded me more rest and tilted my food schedule in the process, but that's okay. More rest was a good thing.
