May 11th, 2019 More Rest

Yesterday was a 4-star day: I maintained the integrity of my calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I exceeded my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with exceptional support.

It's been another rough day. Nausea and a slight fever have complicated this getting better process. I'm not sure what that's all about. I'm following the medication directions to the letter. It could be much worse, so I'm remembering this and it'll be okay.

I was able to get my location broadcast in the books today. Mom's sister, brother-in-law, and brother came up from Stillwater to visit this afternoon/evening, too. It's been a busy Saturday.

I'm contemplating skipping dinner and just going to bed. I need more rest.
