Yesterday was a 4-star day: I maintained the integrity of my calorie budget, I remained refined sugar-free, I met my daily water goal, and I stayed well connected with exceptional support.
I'm hoping this second round of Zpack medicine kicks this sinus pressure/infection stuff or whatever it is because my sleep has suffered quite a lot recently. Today was busy with a location broadcast--and by the time it was finished, I was ready to rest. I couldn't right away, still had much to do, but finally made it home and rested some. Now I'm ready to go back to work in order to play catch up on production and other duties my schedule didn't allow today.
Might be a late dinner for me tonight. It was a late lunch. I prepared extra for dinner last night as a way to prep for lunch today. I like this strategy, although my sweet potato and veggie side dish is much better served fresh.
I'm planning work, dinner at some point--maybe tostadas at the studio, and some exercise of some kind before bed.
Tomorrow is front-loaded with location broadcasts, one at a big furniture store followed by a car dealer. I'll be doing my best to sell recliners and vehicles on the radio! It's what I do.
